We recently completed a specialized project in the underground parking area to solve water leakage issues caused by soil pressure behind the building.

Key works included:

• Coring Drill Openings: Multiple openings were created in the walls to release trapped water.

• Water Pathway Design: A controlled path was engineered to guide water safely through the coring openings.

• Reinforced Concrete Tanks: Three large tanks were constructed in the floor to collect and manage the water flow.

This solution ensures long-term durability, prevents water infiltration, and protects the structural integrity of the underground parking facility.
